Cattiers Premier Cru Brut er niveauet over basis-brut’en. Her mærkes det for alvor, at den store andel af ældre vine, der indgår i blandingen, giver en kompleksitet og dybde, som man normalt kun finder i dyrere cuveer. Blomster, citrus, briochebrød, men også en kerne af gylden karamel og et strøg af røde bær gør sig gældende. Smagen er tør, elegant, lang, dyb og nuanceret.

Cattier's Premier Cru Brut is the level above the basic brut. Here you can really feel that the large proportion of older wines that are included in the mix gives a complexity and depth that you usually only find in more expensive cuvees. Flowers, citrus, brioche bread, but also a core of golden caramel and a touch of red berries make their presence felt. The taste is dry, elegant, long, deep and nuanced.
