Size: 0.80 ha (1.98 ac)
Variety: Pinot Noir
Vine Age: Vosne vines 60 years old on average, Nuits-St.-Georges vines 30 years old on average (small portion planted in 2016)
Terroir: 2 parcels, majority from Vosne area (Champs d'Argent, deeper clay soil) and Nuits area (Combe de la Perrière, rocky limestone soils, cooler site, protected from wind)
Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée, treatments carried out only in reaction to a real, imminent threat
Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 18-21 days indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs and few punch-downs. Aged for 18 months in barrel (25% new oak).
