The history
The estate was founded in 1885 and has dedicated itself through generations to producing wines of the highest quality and expressing Burgundy's terroir authentically. The family has been involved in winemaking for generations. Henri Boillot himself is the fifth generation of winemakers in the family but has been crucial in elevating the estate to the top level.
