Fabien Bergeronneau Millésime 2019

The first real vintage champagne from Fabien, where he has complied with all the rules to be able to write the vintage on the bottle - although some of his other champagnes actually also come from only one year's harvest. It has spent over 3 years on the yeast and has a dosage of 4 g/litre - and only approx. 1,000 bottles!

A blend of 1/3 each of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Fabien is based in Ville-Dommange in the Marne region just south-west of Reims. It is also here that he has his approx. 3 hectares of vineyards as well as a little in Trigny, which is a little north of Ville-Dommange. Annual production of only approx. 5,000 bottles, which slowly increases in line with the generational change of the parents' fields to him and his sister. HVE-certified (High Environmental Value).
