Diot-Legras Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

The same champagne as the Brut version, but with a lower dosage (added sugar), which gives it the designation Extra Brut.

Therefore, it is again 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru fields.

Diot-Legras is located in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay reigns supreme. It is therefore not surprising that Diot-Legras only has champagnes of 100% Chardonnay with an annual production of approx. 15,000 bottles.
