Diot-Legras Blanc de Blancs Brut

This is the best-selling champagne from Diot-Legras, and it accounts for approx. 60% of total production. Blanc de Blancs means "a white wine from white grapes".

It is therefore made from 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru fields.

Diot-Legras is located in Cramant in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay reigns supreme. It is therefore not surprising that Diot-Legras only has champagnes of 100% Chardonnay with an annual production of approx. 15,000 bottles.
