The most complex and interesting Dolcetto we have ever tasted!
Lovely core of ripe and unripe red and dark berries that add a wonderful acidity and balance. Added to this is a fantastic depth and complexity from the forest floor, licorice and incense, as well as soft tannins that can still be felt.
The name "Grasmeri" comes from the small specific field in which the canes grow. A very recognized field in the Barbaresco area.
