The 2021 Delas Crozes-Hermitage "Grands Chemins" is a beautiful representation of the elegant Syrah wines of the Rhône Valley. The wine is intense ruby red in color with a complex bouquet of dark berries such as blackcurrant and blackberry, combined with notes of spices, pepper and subtle touches of oak. On the palate, the wine appears well-balanced with soft tannins and a fresh acidity that complements its rich fruit flavor. The aging in oak barrels adds a fine structure and a slightly smoky character, giving the wine a persistent and harmonious finish.
