First cohort of Dr. Loosen's top GG wine from the field Erdener Prälat. The grapes come from over 100-year-old pre-phylloxera vines. It is fermented spontaneously in 1000 liter oak casks and is aged for 24 months on the lees and matures for a further 24 months in the bottle.
Stored in a wine fridge at 12 degrees.
