QS2 Sardonia 2012

The ambitious wine company Terras Gauda has wineries in four of Spain's most important wine regions and is thus established as one of Spain's largest winemaking groups. One of these successful wineries is Quinta Sardonia, which was founded by the incredibly renowned Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck in the 1990s. The wines from here are of extremely high quality and are prepared using the most respectful method with the principles of biodynamics in focus. One of the magnificent wines from Quinta Sardonia is QS2, which is the younger brother of the winery's first and incredibly acclaimed QS wine.

Quinta Sardonia QS2 2012: on the nose, the red fruit aromas are surrounded by delicate floral aromas over a background of cinnamon and spices. The first impression in the mouth is its sweetness delivered in a caressing and silky texture, with a freshness and flavor that gives the wine a long and enveloping finish.

Grapes: 90% Tinto Fino, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot, 1% Malbec and 1% Syrah
