La Miotée is a blend of 30% Trousseau, 20% Poulsard and 50% hybrid grape varieties, interplanted on an old plot. The vines are on average between 30 and 60 years old.
All the grape varieties are harvested by hand and then vinified together, with aging for 12 months in vats.
