100% Chardonnay exclusively harvested from Grand Cru fields on the Côtes de Blanc. 5% of the wine is cask-fermented (33% new casks) and then matures for 4 months before the final cuvée is blended, bottled and after the renewed fermentation matures for at least 108 months before disgorgement and a gradually modest dosage.
Stored in wine fridge at 12 degrees since release.
