Traditional vinification, which avoids premature oxidation. Partial malolactic fermentation for the wines in stainless steel tanks, malolactic-free vinification of the wines elaborated in wood. Elegant wine, which maintains the balance between freshness, floral aromas and vinosity. "Extra-brut" dosage (4.25 g/l) which preserves the purity and nobility of its origin.
Aging from seven to nine years to obtain the maximum complexity of the wine and bring out the secondary and tertiary aromas, signs of prolonged aging on the lees.
Bold and full-bodied, from heady aromas to powerful flavors to a lingering finish. A toasty, earthy, rich yet dry character makes this Champagne distinctive
