William Fevre Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons 2019

The Fèvre family has lived in Chablis since the middle of the 18th century, but it wasn't until 1930 that Maurice Févre began growing wine primarily in Grand Cru vineyards. In 1959, his son William Fèvre was able to pick the grapes for the first harvest, and since then Domaine William Fèvre has been one of the leading producers in Chablis.
