How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password and want to reset it, just click on this link.

Step 1: Once you have clicked on the link above, simply enter your email and press "OK". 

Step 2: Now you will receive an email from ShareWine. Click on the link sent to your email and enter your reset code.

Step 3: Now you just have to change your password to a new one. 

How do I change my password?

You can always change your password at your ShareWine account. Just follow this guide:

Step 1: Go to "My Account". Then select "My details".

Step 2: Then you can select the "Password" tab at the top, as shown below.


Step 3: Enter your current password.

Step 4: Choose a new password.

Step 5: Finish by clicking "Save". 

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

If you would like to change the email address you have associated with your ShareWine account, you can easily do so by following this guide:

Step 1: Log in and go to "My Account".

Step 2: Go to "My Details" via the menu.

Step 3: Here you have the opportunity to change your contact information, including update your email.

How do i enable notifications?

If you are not receiving notifications, such as when you have won an auction, you should check the following:

  • Go to on "My Account" in the top right corner and then click on "My details"

  • Check which notifications you have set to be active under "Notifications."

  • Verify if the correct email is entered under "My details" if you are not receiving these notifications.

  • Also, check your spam folder and/or spam filter.

Here, you can also update which notifications you wish to receive and whether you want them via email, SMS, and/or in the app.
